Ive been playing it on and off since 2011, my friends and I obsess over even four years after we discovered it.

I played Wesnoth on my laptop several years ago & now I can keep it in my pocket. Its a great turn based strategy game. Leveling units & carrying them over to the next scenario makes for interesting strategizing.

Love this game. So glad its on iOS. One of the better tactical RPGs out there. I played back on PC, and its only gotten better.

Great port of one of the best srpgs ever

I have been addicted to this game for years. With every new update the game gets even better

One problem! Bring skirmish back! I loved making my own battles with allies and enemies but not I cant now (Note: there is two wesnoth which is why you buy the new version)

A great game that lets you use short breaks to make progress on what ever campaign you are playing or will let you use a day off to complete it.

This game is terrific. Finally an iOS app that I feel is worth spending my time on. I love tactical RPGs and this hex based adventure delivers big time. Tons of user created content to peruse and download, too. This is my favorite app ever. Love Wesnoth!

I love it!!!! But when starting the game up it says a previous add on can not be downloaded so now the game doesnt start!!!! Until its fixed itll be 1 star but its a 5 star game if fixed

I have a had so many good memories with this game! I remember playing it when i was about 6 and still I love to play and replay it! Its a great game!

I dont usually review anything because its not typical I find an app worth my time. This one certainly is, I have remained captivated for the couple days since I downloaded it. Obviously it doesnt compare to a console game like fallout 4 or star wars battlefront, the two Im playing now but Im gonna be totally honest. I put down the console games regularly throughout the day just to reclaim Wesnoth.

Great port of a classic game. Even multiplayer works.

This game is amazing but it needs a way to skip the ai turns.

Ok so first off let me say I have had this game since I was like 10, it was the first app I ever got on my first iPod. I now I have a 6s, I am 17 years old, and I still am engrossed in this game. Beat the 200+ vanilla scenarios? Play multiplayer. Tired of multiplayer and its many fan made game modes? (Unlikely) Then download some of the thousands of campaigns, unit packs, multiplayer maps etc for some more fun time. Done all that? Replay it on hard mode. If you follow this guide step by step it should take you a year or two to read this review. I cannot stress enough how amazing this game is. There is a reason there is only one person who didnt rate it 5 stars, and thats because they had to buy it again (worth it). Ok, love you all, good night. (BUY THIS GAME)

This is a perfect port of the desktop game from so many years ago. I wish it wasnt so pricey but meh, its a great way to pass the time at work some times
